GoldKillerPRO Installation & User Guide

Complete setup instructions for MetaTrader 5, VPS operation, GoldKillerPRO installation, operating modes, risk settings and account protection.

Choose Your Installation Method

GoldKillerPRO Partner Program

For users who received GoldKillerPRO through our Partner Program.

  1. Open MetaTrader 5.
  2. Go to File → Open Data Folder.
  3. Open MQL5 → Experts.
  4. Place the provided GoldKillerPRO .ex5 file inside the Experts folder.
  5. Return to MT5. In Navigator, right-click Expert Advisors → Refresh, or restart MT5.
  6. GoldKillerPRO should now appear under Expert Advisors.

MQL5 Market Purchase

For users who purchased GoldKillerPRO through the MQL5 Market.

  1. Open MetaTrader 5 and sign in to the MQL5 account used for the purchase.
  2. Open your purchased products in MT5.
  3. Locate GoldKillerPRO and select Install.
  4. After installation, find GoldKillerPRO under Expert Advisors in Navigator.

The Market version is installed through the MQL5 purchase system; manual copying of the .ex5 file is not required.

Using GoldKillerPRO on a VPS

A VPS is a remote Windows computer that can keep MetaTrader 5 and GoldKillerPRO running continuously without keeping your personal computer switched on.

Connect to your VPS

  1. After ordering a Windows VPS, keep the connection details supplied by the VPS provider: IP/PC Name, username and password.
  2. On macOS or iPhone/iPad, install Windows App. Open it, choose Add PC, and enter the VPS IP address or PC name.
  3. Add the username supplied by your VPS provider and connect. Enter the password when requested.
  4. On Windows, you can use Windows App or the built-in Remote Desktop Connection for a remote PC.

Install MetaTrader 5

  1. Inside the VPS Windows desktop, download the MT5 terminal for the broker/account you will use.
  2. Install and start MetaTrader 5.
  3. Log in to your trading account using the broker server and account credentials.
  4. Install GoldKillerPRO using the appropriate method from Section 1.
Important: When everything is running, you can disconnect from the remote desktop session. Do not shut down the VPS and do not close MetaTrader 5. GoldKillerPRO can continue running on the remote server after you disconnect.

Start GoldKillerPRO in MetaTrader 5

  1. Open your broker's XAUUSD / Gold chart.
  2. Set the chart timeframe to M15.
  3. Drag GoldKillerPRO from Navigator → Expert Advisors onto the chart.
  4. On the Common tab, enable Allow Algo Trading.
  5. Open the Inputs tab and configure the required settings.
  6. Press OK.
  7. Make sure the global Algo Trading button in MT5 is enabled.

LogicMode

GoldKillerPRO provides four selectable operating profiles:

  • AUTO — loads the Real Medium profile by default. When AUTO is selected, the panel showing Mode: REAL MEDIUM is normal.
  • Real Medium — uses the main/core entry logic and is the more selective real-account profile.
  • Real High — uses all available entry logics, providing more potential entry opportunities.
  • Funded — dedicated profile for Prop Firm challenges and funded accounts, with adapted risk management.

GoldKillerPRO Panel

ShowPanel controls whether the information panel is visible. PanelSize controls its display size.

The panel provides a quick status check. Trading: ALLOWED means the EA is permitted to open a trade when its strategy conditions are met. Mode shows the active operating profile. News: ON shows that the news filter is enabled.

News Filter

  • UseNewsFilter — enables or disables the economic news filter.
  • NEWS_USD_ONLY — filters relevant high-impact USD news.
  • NEWS_ALL_HIGH — uses all high-impact events covered by the filter.
  • NewsBlockBeforeMin — blocks new entries for the selected number of minutes before the event.
  • NewsBlockAfterMin — blocks new entries for the selected number of minutes after the event.

The purpose is to prevent new entries around major economic events and periods of abnormal news-driven volatility.

Lot Management

Automatic Lot

When Automatic Lot is selected, Account_Balance is the starting/reference balance used by GoldKillerPRO for its lot calculation. Enter the balance you start with; it is not intended to be continuously changed as the live account balance moves.

Example: if you start with $1,000, set Account_Balance to 1000. If you start with $5,000, set it to 5000.

Fixed Lot

When Fixed Lot is selected, the position size is controlled by Fixed_Lot. Automatic-lot settings do not determine the lot size.

Risk Mode

When using Automatic Lot, choose one of the four available risk levels:

  • RISK_LOW — Low Risk
  • RISK_MEDIUM — Medium Risk
  • RISK_MEDIUM_HIGH — Medium-High Risk
  • RISK_HIGH — High Risk

The selected level controls the relative risk/position sizing used by the automatic lot system.

Daily Protection

GoldKillerPRO includes account protection controls for daily trading:

  • Daily Losing Trades Limit — limits further entries after the configured number of losing trades for the day.
  • Daily Loss Limit % — stops new entries when the configured daily loss percentage limit is reached.
  • Daily Profit Limit % — stops new entries when the configured daily profit percentage target is reached.

GoldKiller PRO now includes three intelligent operating modes:

  • Only Impulse Entry: Uses only the primary impulse entry logic. This mode focuses exclusively on the main GoldKiller PRO entry strategy and does not use the additional entry systems.
  • Real Medium: Uses all available entry logics with stricter filtering and more selective entry conditions. The primary entry uses the lot size selected by the user, while all additional entry logics use 50% of the selected lot size.
  • Real High: Uses all available entry logics with less restrictive settings, allowing GoldKiller PRO to identify and take more trading opportunities. The primary entry uses the lot size selected by the user, while all additional entry logics use 50% of the selected lot size.

Lot Management: The selected lot size always applies to the primary impulse entry. In Real Medium and Real High modes, additional entry logics automatically operate at 50% of the selected lot size.

Built-in Holiday Protection

GoldKillerPRO automatically pauses new trade entries between December 15 and January 15. This period is often characterized by reduced liquidity, irregular market behavior and lower institutional participation. Trading resumes automatically after January 15.

Final Check Before Leaving MT5 / VPS

  • Correct XAUUSD / Gold chart is open on M15.
  • GoldKillerPRO is attached to the chart.
  • Allow Algo Trading is enabled.
  • Global Algo Trading in MT5 is ON.
  • The panel shows the expected active Mode.
  • Trading status is checked on the panel.
  • If using a VPS, MT5 remains open before you disconnect.

Troubleshooting & Support

GoldKillerPRO does not appear in Navigator

Right-click Expert Advisors and select Refresh, or restart MetaTrader 5. Partner Program users should also confirm that the .ex5 file is inside the correct MQL5 → Experts folder.

AUTO shows REAL MEDIUM on the panel

This is correct. AUTO loads Real Medium by default.

The EA is not opening trades

Confirm that Algo Trading is enabled and check the Trading, Mode and News status on the GoldKillerPRO panel. A running EA opens trades only when its strategy and protection conditions permit an entry.
